Ethan Morgan Killed in a Crash on May 18, 2022 in Russell County, Kansas

Ethan James Morgan of Stockton, Kansas was killed on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 05:10 AM in Russell County, Kansas. Morgan is a 29-year-old man.
