Cuong Luong Injured in a Crash on May 24, 2022 on the Kansas Turnpike

Cuong Luong of Andersonville, Georgia was injured on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 10:15 AM on the Kansas Turnpike. Luong is a 67-year-old man.
