Bernedett Damron of Colorado Springs, Colorado was involved in a crash on Thursday, January 30th 2020 at 4:04 am in Sherman County, Kansas. Damron is a 25-year-old woman.

In the crash, Damron was driving a 2017 Lexus IS300. The crash happened here: I70 milemarker 1.7 westbound, or 15.6 miles west of Goodland on I70 The police described the crash like this:

Vehicle 1 was westbound on I70. Vehicle left the roadway, entered median striking guardrail. Guardrail went through the vehicle, and came to rest partially on the roadway.

Injuries

The police said that Damron had suspected serious injury. Damron was taken to St. Anthony.

Vehicle Damage

This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
