Arreigh R McCue of Norton, Kansas was involved in a crash on Wednesday, January 29th 2020 at 7:32 am in Norton County, Kansas. McCue is a 7-year-old girl.
In the crash, McCue was riding in a 2002 GMC Envoy. The crash happened here: K383 milepost 93.4 or alternate location 2.5 miles North of U36. The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle one was Northbound on K383 highway when due to slick road conditions, lost control and entered the East ditch. Vehicle one then rolled and came to rest on the passenger side facing West.
Injuries
The police said that McCue had possible injury (complaint of pain). McCue was taken to Norton County Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2002 GMC Envoy with Kansas license plate number 368MVE was not stated. It was insured by American Family. It was removed from the crash scene by New Look Body Shop.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K230 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2020-001583 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
