Phillip H Ketcham of El Dorado, Kansas was involved in a crash on Tuesday, March 19th 2019 at 2:35 pm in Elk County, Kansas. Ketcham is a 66-year-old man.

Vehicle 1 was traveling northbound on K99 at milemarker 34.9. The Vehicle's trailer tire went off the right side of the road causing the trailer to tip over and pull the power unit into the ditch, spilling the gravel cargo.
Injuries
The police said that Ketcham had suspected serious injury. Ketcham was taken to Greenwood County Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2015 Kenworth Semi with Oklahoma license plate number 2VQ845 was not stated. It was insured by Hartford Fire insurance company. It was removed from the crash scene by Rough Country Towing. The police said: pulling a 2007 Travis Dump Trailer with OK 9467JF
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K322 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2019-004411 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
