Jennifer A Travis of Cunningham, Kansas was involved in a crash on Wednesday, March 27th 2019 at 1:43 pm in Lane County, Kansas. Travis is a 36-year-old woman.
In the crash, Travis was riding in a 2011 Chevy Pickup. The crash happened here: K96 81 Eastbound or 3.9 miles West of K23. The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle 1 was traveling Eastbound on K96. Vehicle 1 went left of center striking Vehicle 2 causing Vehicle 1 to roll into the South ditch coming to rest on its top. Vehicle 2 went into the North ditch and came to rest upright. Vehicle 3 was struck by flying debris from the collision. Driver 1 & Passenger 1 were not wearing seatbelts. Passenger 1 was partially ejected as a result.

The police said that Travis had suspected serious injury. Travis was taken to Lane County Hospital.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K99 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2019-004815 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
