Kristina D Roth, a 38-year old woman, of Newton, Kansas was involved in a crash on September 15, 2016 in Marion County, Kansas. The crash happened at 4:45 PM  on U-56 eastbound at milepost 294.9 (U-56 eastbound at Limestone Road).

 

Injuries

 

Roth was injured. She was taken to Hillsboro Community Medical Center hospital.

 

Vehicle Damage

 

Roth's 2009 Enclave with Kansas license plate 311FNX was wrecked. Roth's  was removed from the wreck scene by Absolute Auto Towing.

Trooper K436 of the Kansas State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The KSHP assigned report number 2016-012701 to this wreck. In order to get a report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use Of Names Derived From Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
