Kelly Fowler, 51, of Lawrence, Kansas was Killed in a Crash on September 26, 2016 in Leavenworth County, Kansas

Kelly Fowler, a 51-year old female, of Lawrence, Kansas was involved in a crash on September 26, 2016 in Leavenworth County, Kansas. The crash happened at 5:19 PM  on U24/40 400.5 or .2 miles west of 243rd rd. The crash happened like this: Vehicle 1 was eastbound on U24/40. Vehicle 2 was westbound on U24/40. Driver 1 crossed the double yellow line striking vehicle 2 head on. Both vehicles came to rest on the right side of the road,

Fowler was killed in the crash. Her body was taken to Frotier Forensics.
