An unnamed 29-year old male, of Roeland Park, Kansas was involved in a crash on September 22, 2016 in Franklin County, Kansas. The crash happened at 1:08 AM  on Eastbound on K68 at mile marker 15.4 or K68 at Hoover Street. The crash happened like this: Vehicle 1 was eastbound on K68 fleeing from police. Driver 1 lost control of the vehicle and vehicle 1 rolled.
 
Injuries
 
The man was killed in the crash. His body was taken to First Call.
 
Vehicle Damage
 
A 2003 Ford F150 with Kansas license plate 642JXB was wrecked. The Ford was removed from the wreck scene by Andy's.

Trooper K141 of the Kansas State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The KSHP assigned report number 2016-012968 to this wreck. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. 
 
In order to get a report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use Of Names Derived From Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
 
Additionally, unless you qualify under the federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers blacked out, or redacted.
