Kayla Geier-Mercer, a 18-year old female, of Afton, Oklahoma was involved in a crash on September 25, 2016 in Cherokee County, Kansas. The crash happened at 6:50 AM on Northbound K7 at mile marker 15.8 or 3 miles north of Columbus on K7. The crash happened like this: Vehicle 1 was northbound on K7. Vehicle 1 slowly veered off the west side of the roadway and struck a culvert. Vehicle 1 then overturned and landed in the southbound ditch.
Injuries
Geier-Mercer was killed in the crash. Her body was taken to First Call.Her body was taken to the Mortuary.

Geier-Mercer's 2000 Olds PC with Oklahoma license plate 940DLH was wrecked. Geier-Mercer's Olds was removed from the wreck scene by Larison's Classics.
