Nicholas Wagner Injured in a Crash on March 28, 2022 in Sedgwick County, Kansas

Nicholas Ramon Wagner of Hutchinson, Kansas was injured on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 05:35 AM in Sedgwick County, Kansas. Wagner is a 56-year-old man.

All vehicles were traveling Westbound on K96. Vehicle 2 [the 2003 Chevy Trailblazer driven by Nicholas Wagner] was partly in the lane while pulling onto the outside shoulder. Driver of Vehicle 1 [the 2015 Nissan 370Z driven by Jeremiah Haynes] attempted an evasive maneuver but struck the rear of Vehicle 2 [the 2003 Chevy Trailblazer driven by Nicholas Wagner]. Due to low light conditions and the damage to the rear, Vehicle 2 [the 2003 Chevy Trailblazer driven by Nicholas Wagner] was not clearly visible. Vehicle 3 [the 2006 Dodge Dakota driven by Enrique Reyes Hernandez] then struck the rear of Vehicle 2 [the 2003 Chevy Trailblazer driven by Nicholas Wagner]. Vehicle 4 [the 2008 Toyota Camry driven by Jody Wilgus] swerved through the scene and side swiped Vehicle 2 [the 2003 Chevy Trailblazer driven by Nicholas Wagner].

Injuries

Wagner's injuries were minor. Wagner was taken by ambulance to Wesley Medical Center.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the 2003 Chevy Trailblazer with Kansas license plate number 873MWS damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Dairyland Insurance insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Kens Auto Tow.

Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
