Vehicle 1 [the 2018 Buick Enclave driven by Richard Fairchild] then sideswiped vehicle 2[the 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 driven by Christopher Hair] going the opposite direction. Vehicle 1 [the 2018 Buick Enclave driven by Richard Fairchild] then struck Vehicle 3 [the 2009 Chevrolet Suburban driven by Marco Godoy Flores] head on.

Injuries

Flores's injuries were minor. Flores was taken by ambulance to Overland Park Regional.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the 2009 Chevrolet Suburban with Kansas license plate number 913LFZ damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Farm Bureau insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Overland Tow.
