Richard Herman Injured in a Crash on September 01, 2021 in Lincoln County, Kansas

Richard L. Herman of Longmont, Colorado was injured on Wednesday, September 01, 2021 at 11:55 AM in Lincoln County, Kansas. Herman is a 48-year-old man.
