Vehicle 1 [the 2021 Toyota Prius driven by Frank Herrman] came to rest in the South ditch and Vehicle 2 [the 2019 Dodge Ram2500 driven by Bethany Vargas] came to rest in the driving lane of Eastbound I70.
Injuries
Herrman's injuries were fatal. Herrman was taken by ambulance to Baalmanns Mortuary.

The police said the 2021 Toyota Prius with Kansas license plate number 059KEB damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. State Farm Mutual insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by S&M Towing. It was taken to S&M Tow Lot.
