Alissa Rhodes Injured in a Crash on September 03, 2021 in Ellis County, Kansas

Alissa Rhodes of Unknown, Kansas was injured on Friday, September 03, 2021 at 07:10 PM in Ellis County, Kansas. Rhodes is a 11-year-old girl.
