Lyker J Wiig of Pratt, Kansas was involved in a crash on Tuesday, November 3rd 2020 at 5:34 pm in Barton County, Kansas. Wiig is a 5-year-old boy.
In the crash, Wiig was riding in a 2006 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The crash happened here: U281 at milepost 102.4 or approximately 1.5 miles South of Great Bend on U281. The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle #2 was stopped waiting to turn into a residence at 166 S U281. Vehicle #1 rear-ended Vehicle #2. Vehicle #2 left the roadway, entered the East ditch and struck an AT&T phone line box.

The police said that Wiig had no apparent injury. Wiig may have gone to the hospital.

The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K524 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
