Chad A Turley of Kincaid, Kansas was involved in a crash on Saturday, November 21st 2020 at 10:29 pm in Anderson County, Kansas. Turley is a 27-year-old man.

Vehicle one was traveling at a high rate of speed. Driver one passed a vehicle on the gravel shoulder and attempted to get back on the roadway when vehicle one struck a guardrail that was present in the middle of the shoulder. Vehicle one reentered the roadway, spinning 4 times then left the roadway coming to rest in the West ditch.

Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2009 Honda Civic with Kansas license plate number C537974 was not stated. It was insured by State Farm. It was removed from the crash scene by Modz Towing and Recovery.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K85 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number to this crash.
