Rosa Maria Orozco of Lyford, Texas was involved in a crash on Tuesday, October 13th 2020 at 1:02 pm in Saline County, Kansas. Orozco is a 69-year-old woman.
In the crash, Orozco was riding in a 2013 Chrysler 300. The crash happened here: I135 northbound at mile marker 95.6 or 3 Miles north of Salina, KS on I135 The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle 1 was a pilot car and was stopped on I135 south of I70. Vehicle 1 was attempting to allow an oversized load to merge on northbound U81. Vehicle 2 was northbound on I135. Vehicle 2 struck Vehicle 1. Vehicle 2 drove out of control across northbound lanes of I135 and struck a concrete bridge railing. Vehicle 2 continued through the bridge railing and vaulted onto the eastbound lanes of I70 where it came to rest. Vehicle 3 was struck by debris that were falling onto I70.
Injuries
The police said that Orozco had suspected minor injury. Orozco was taken to Salina Regional Health Center.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K485 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
