Vehicle 2 [the 2019 Kenworth Tractor driven by Adam Badger] entered the South ditch and overturned onto the drivers side. Vehicle 1 [the 2009 Ford Focus driven by Larry Hicks] came to rest in the Westbound ditch, partially in the lane of traffic.
Injuries
Hicks's injuries were fatal. Hicks was taken by ambulance to Roberts Family Funeral Home.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the 2009 Ford Focus with Kansas license plate number A2890 damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Farm Bureau Property & Casualty insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Budreau Muffler.
