Vehicle 1 [the 2018 Ford Fusion driven by Joshua Earp] crossed lanes going into center median. Vehicle 1 [the 2018 Ford Fusion driven by Joshua Earp] went through the center median into westbound lanes and ended up in westbound ditch and struck a tree. Vehicle 2 [the 2016 Subaru Outback driven by Larry Gravitt] remained on the roadway on the right shoulder.
Injuries
Earp's injuries were minor. Earp was taken by ambulance to Overland Park Regional.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the 2018 Ford Fusion with Kansas license plate number 716KJC damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Progressive Northwestern insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Pro-Tow.
