Kayla Njoku Injured in a Crash on January 07, 2022 in Leavenworth County, Kansas

Kayla L Njoku of Dillon, Montana was injured on Friday, January 07, 2022 at 09:43 AM in Leavenworth County, Kansas. Njoku is a 43-year-old woman.

Driver 2 [Kirsten R Smith] swerved in attempt to avoid Vehicle 1 [the 2016 Lexus RX driven by Anne Kucenic]. Vehicle 2 [the 2009 Nissan Maxima driven by Kirsten Smith] struck Vehicle 1 [the 2016 Lexus RX driven by Anne Kucenic] in the left rear quarter panel. This caused Vehicle 1 [the 2016 Lexus RX driven by Anne Kucenic] to rotate to the North. Driver 2 [Kirsten R Smith] was also swerving to avoid Vehicle 1 [the 2016 Lexus RX driven by Anne Kucenic]. Vehicle 2 [the 2009 Nissan Maxima driven by Kirsten Smith] struck Vehicle 1 [the 2016 Lexus RX driven by Anne Kucenic] in an off set head on.

Injuries

Njoku's injuries were minor. Njoku was taken by ambulance to St. Johns.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the 2015 Dodge Durango with North Carolina license plate number PAA6076 damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. USAA insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Logan Auto Repair And Towing.
