Haley Branstetter Injured in a Crash on January 27, 2022 in Jefferson County, Kansas

Haley J Branstetter of Topeka, Kansas was injured on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 10:40 PM in Jefferson County, Kansas. Branstetter is a 17-year-old girl.
