Socorro Mercado Killed in a Crash on December 24, 2021 in Brown County, Kansas

Socorro Mercado of West Concord, Minnesota was killed on Friday, December 24, 2021 at 01:27 AM in Brown County, Kansas. Mercado is a 46-year-old woman.
