Vehicle 3 [the 2000 AMG HMMWV driven by Justin Poole] struck and went through the barrier wall . Vehicle 3 [the 2000 AMG HMMWV driven by Justin Poole] was struck on the side by vehicle 4[the 2006 TOYOTA COROLLA driven by Nicholas Vallejo] which was eastbound in the left lane.

Vallejo's injuries were serious. Vallejo was taken by ambulance to Ku Med.
