Delbert L Henson of Wamego, Kansas was involved in a crash on Thursday, April 30th 2020 at 11:19 am in Pottawatomie County, Kansas. Henson is a 47-year-old man.
In the crash, Henson was driving a 2005 Harley-Davidson Motorcycle. The crash happened here: K13 3.3 or K13 at Cedar Creek The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle 1 was southbound on a curve on K13 at mile marker 3.3. Vehicle 2 was northbound at the same location. Vehicle 1 traveled left of center, Vehicle 2 made an evasive maneuver to the east shoulder. Vehicle 1 struck the drivers side fuel tank as well as the 2nd and 3rd tires on the 2nd and 3rd axel of Vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 and driver came to rest on the west shoulder. Vehicle 2 came to rest on the east shoulder and roadway.
Injuries
The police said that Henson had suspected serious injury. Henson was taken to KU Medical Center.

The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K329 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2020-005179 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
