Stephen D Temple of Wichita, Kansas was involved in a crash on Tuesday, May 26th 2020 at 1:11 pm in Edwards County, Kansas. Temple is a 62-year-old man.
In the crash, Temple was driving a 2016 Peterbilt Semi. The crash happened here: US 50 & Kansas Highway 19 Intersection or K19th and 270th Ave. The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle 1 was Northbound on 270th Avenue. Vehicle 1 came to a stop at 270th Avenue and U50 intersection, then failed to yield and pulled out in the intersection. Vehicle 2 slowed and swerved to avoid collision with Vehicle 1 but was unsuccessful and they collided. Vehicle 2 came to rest in a field after going through a fence and Vehicle 1 continued to the South shoulder coming to rest facing the highway.

The police said that Temple had no apparent injury. Temple may have gone to the hospital.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K59 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2020-006286 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
