Sabrina B Darley of Leavenworth, Kansas was involved in a crash on Tuesday, March 3rd 2020 at 1:39 pm in Douglas County, Kansas. Darley is a 56-year-old woman.
In the crash, Darley was driving a 2006 Toyota Camry. The crash happened here: K10 mm 20.5 westbound or .8 miles east of Eudora The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle 1 was eastbound on K10 at approximately mm 20.5. Vehicle 1 swerved to avoid another vehicle that moved into their lane, lost control, went over the median and struck Vehicle 2 which was westbound. Vehicle 3 was westbound behind Vehicle 2. After the impact of Vehicle 1 and Vehicle 2, Vehicle 3 struck the rear bumper of Vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the westbound lane. Vehicle 2 came to rest facing west on the westbound shoulder. Vehicle 3 came to rest in the north ditch facing northwest.

The police said that Darley had no apparent injury. Darley may have gone to the hospital.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K396 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2020-003262 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
