Traci A Gentry of Leawood, Kansas was involved in a crash on Wednesday, March 25th 2020 at 7:20 am in Johnson County, Kansas. Gentry is a 30-year-old woman.
In the crash, Gentry was driving a 2019 Buick Encore. The crash happened here: I-435 westbound at milepost 82.0 or 250 feet east of Quivira Road in Overland Park, KS The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle 1 was westbound I-435 in the number one lane. Vehicle 2 was westbound I-435 in the number three lane. Vehicle 1 attempted to cut across all lanes to cut through the gore area to Quivira Road, but struck vehicle 2 on the drivers side. Vehicle 2 spun to the left and overturned before striking the inside barrier wall. Vehicle 2 came to a rest on all four wheels. Vehicle 1 spun out and came to a stop facing eastbound in the westbound lanes. Vehicle 1 then fled the scene northbound on Quivira Road.
Injuries
The police said that Gentry had suspected minor injury. Gentry was taken to Overland Park Regional.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K181 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2020-004023 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
