Cory M Howard of Atwood, Kansas was involved in a crash on Wednesday, February 19th 2020 at 4:19 pm in Rawlins County, Kansas. Howard is a 26-year-old man.
In the crash, Howard was driving a 2012 Dodge Charger. The crash happened here: K25 at milepost 208.5 or approximately 14.5 miles North of Colby on K25. The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle #1 was South-bound on K25 and was passing another vehicle when it lost control on slick roadway. Vehicle #1 went off the roadway to the right and rolled an unknown number of times before coming to rest on the driver's side of the vehicle.

The police said that Howard had suspected minor injury. Howard was taken to Rawlins County Health Center.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2012 Dodge Charger with Kansas license plate number 973KNH was not stated. It was insured by Progressive. It was removed from the crash scene by CW Beamgard Co INC.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K449 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2020-002640 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
