Jerry Omar Bradley of Las Vegas, Nevada was involved in a crash on Thursday, October 24th 2019 at 3:09 pm in Geary County, Kansas. Bradley is a 40-year-old man.
In the crash, Bradley was riding in a 2013 Toyota Corolla. The crash happened here: K177 mm 93.5 northbound or 11 miles south of Manhattan on K177 The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle 1 was northbound and Vehicle 2 was southbound on K177 at approximately mm 93.5. Vehicle 1 for an unknown reason went left of center and struck Vehicle 2 head on. Vehicle 1 came to rest on it's wheels in the center of K177 and Vehicle 2 on it's wheels in the west ditch.

The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K445 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2019-015886 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
