John C Cambron Jr of Coffeyville, Kansas was involved in a crash on Tuesday, August 6th 2019 at 9:55 am in Montgomery County, Kansas. Cambron Jr is a 64-year-old man.

A small aircraft was taking off from the Harmony Valley Airpark, east of Independence, KS. Shortly after takeoff the aircraft started pulling to the right, so the pilot attempted an emergency landing on the grass field just north of the runway. At landing the left wing tip touched ground and the nose wheel dug in forcing it to collapse and the aircraft came to a stop. The pilot who was uninjured was then able to climb out of the aircraft.

The police said that Cambron Jr had no apparent injury. Cambron Jr may have gone to the hospital.

The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K354 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2019-011709 to this crash. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
