Geralyn Bridget Proulx of Vinita, Oklahoma was involved in a crash on Sunday, December 9th 2018 at 8:46 pm in Trego County, Kansas. Proulx is a 52-year-old woman.
In the crash, Proulx was driving a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country. The crash happened here: I70 milemarker 127.9 Westbound or half mile West of Exit 128. The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle one was traveling Westbound at milepost 128 and crossed the white solid line, entering the North ditch and vehicle one struck the KDOT fence. Vehicle one continued North until it came to rest in a ravine on it's wheels, facing North.
Injuries
Proulx was disabled. Proulx was taken to Wakeeney Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country with Oklahoma license plate number GHK626 was unknown. It was insured by State Farm. It was removed from the crash scene by R & R Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K144 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2018-018001 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
