Amy Futrell of Dodson, California was involved in a crash on Sunday, July 1st 2018 at 10:40 am in Anderson County, Kansas. Futrell is a 11-year-old girl.
In the crash, Futrell was riding in a 2015 Freightliner Power Unit. The crash happened here: US 169 milepost 102.9 northbound, or 4 miles north of Greeley on US 169 The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle 1 was southbound on US169. Vehicle 1 driver failed to negotiate the curve and vehicle 1 entered the south ditch. Vehicle 1 trailer rolled on to it's side and the power unit remained upright.

Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2015 Freightliner Power Unit with Oklahoma license plate number 2VG123 was not stated. It was insured by American Trucking and Transporting Insurance. How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K34 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2018-008985 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
