William B Castle of Clearwater, Kansas was involved in a crash on Sunday, July 22nd 2018 at 10:04 am in Coffey County, Kansas. Castle is a 80-year-old man.

Vehicle 2 was southbound and stopped to make a left turn onto K58. Vehicle 2 was yielding to Vehicle 3. Vehicle 1 was southbound on U75 and failed to stop for Vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 struck the rear of Vehicle 2 then crossed the center, striking Vehicle 3 head on.

The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K103 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2018-010174 to this crash. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
