Jacqueline Ravera of Liberal, Kansas was involved in a crash on Friday, June 29th 2018 at 1:40 pm in Pawnee County, Kansas. Ravera is a 21-year-old woman.
In the crash, Ravera was riding in a 2006 Ford SUV. The crash happened here: U183 109.9 and S Road OR 10 miles West & 4 miles North of Larned. The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle 2 was Northbound on U183 slowing to make a left turn onto S Road. Vehicle 1 was Northbound on U183 behind Vehicle 2 and a Red Pickup Truck. Vehicle 1 changed lanes in the Southbound Lane in an attempt to pass Vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 struck the back of Vehicle 2's trailer as Vehicle 2 was turning left onto S Road. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the West Ditch and Vehicle 2 completed the turn and parked on the North shoulder of S Road.

Ravera was injured. Ravera was taken to Pawnee County Community Hospital.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K460 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2018-008909 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
