Sebastian C. Kuhr, a 21-year old man, of Emporia, Kansas was involved in a crash on May 21, 2017 in Lyon County, Kansas. The crash happened at 1:35 PM  on K99 at milepost 97.5 (90th Road) North-bound or approximately 2 miles North of Olpe on K99..

Injuries

Kuhr was injured. He was taken to Newman Medical Center hospital.

Vehicle Damage

Kuhr's 2000 Ranger Pick-up with Kansas license plate B441530 was wrecked. Kuhr's  was removed from the wreck scene by Williams Automotive.

In order to get a report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use Of Names Derived From Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
