Charles Howard Handley, a 65-year old male, of Blue Springs, Missouri was involved in a crash on May 22, 2017 in Geary County, Kansas. The crash happened at 2:00 PM  on I70 at the 306 milemarker westbound, 7 miles east of Junction City.

Injuries

Handley was injured and was taken to Geary Community Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

Handley's 2015 Chevrolet Equinox with Missouri license plate HL1X1G was wrecked. Handley's Chevrolet was removed from the wreck scene by Gross Wrecker and taken to their tow lot.

You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use Of Names Derived From Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
