Winn was disabled and was taken to Neosho Memorial.

Vehicle Damage

Winn's 2012 Honda Civic with Kansas license plate 380KOX was wrecked. Winn's Honda was removed from the wreck scene by Hillside Towing and taken to their tow lot.
