Adriana Chavez, a 31-year old woman, of Shawnee, Kansas was involved in a crash on April 22, 2017 in Wyandotte County, Kansas. The crash happened at 10:37 PM  on I635 southbound at mile marker 8.8 or just south of the Kansas/Missouri State Line in Kansas City, KS.

Injuries

Chavez was injured. She was taken to KU Medical Center hospital.

Vehicle Damage

Chavez's 2004 F150 with Kansas license plate 638JPH was wrecked. Chavez's  was removed from the wreck scene by Tiger Tow.

Trooper K402 of the Kansas State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The KSHP assigned report number 2017-005057 to this wreck. In order to get a report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use Of Names Derived From Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
