Franklin L Cochran, a 80-year old man, of Wathena, Kansas was involved in a crash on March 5, 2017 in Doniphan County, Kansas. The crash happened at 12:51 PM  on U36 Eastbound at the 390.8 mile marker or U36 Eastbound just before the Pony Express Bridge..

Injuries

Cochran was injured. He was taken to Mosaic Life Care hospital.

Vehicle Damage

Cochran's 2007 Equinox with Kansas license plate 651CPN was wrecked. Cochran's  was removed from the wreck scene by Rapid Recovery.

Trooper K231 of the Kansas State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The KSHP assigned report number 2017-002927 to this wreck.
