Colby Ryan Injured in a Crash on May 10, 2023 in Pawnee County, Kansas

Colby A Ryan of Kinsley, Kansas was injured on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 07:52 AM in Pawnee County, Kansas. Ryan is a 15-year-old boy.
