Vehicle 1 [the 2004 Western Star semi driven by Tyler Deshazo] and Trailer 1 subsequently left the roadway to the right, went over County Road 36, striking a dirt embankment. After striking the embankment, Vehicle 1 [the 2004 Western Star semi driven by Tyler Deshazo] and Trailer 1 came to a rest east of County Road 36 onto its passenger side, spilling all of Trailers contents (Grain).
Injuries
Deshazo's injuries were minor. Deshazo was taken by ambulance to Citizens Medical Center.

The police said the 2004 Western Star Semi with Kansas license plate number 186858 damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Northland Ins insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by S And M Tow.
