Jasmine Mata Injured in a Crash on June 04, 2022 in Ford County, Kansas

Jasmine Mariah Mata of Dodge City, Kansas was injured on Saturday, June 04, 2022 at 05:20 AM in Ford County, Kansas. Mata is a 24-year-old woman.

Vehicle 1 [the 2015 Chevy Camaro driven by Mike Hernandez] crossed the center line and collided with Vehicle 2 [the 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Elias Castro Castro]. Vehicle 3 [the 2016 Volvo Semi tractor driven by Lester Long] then struck Vehicle 1 [the 2015 Chevy Camaro driven by Mike Hernandez] and 2. Vehicle 1 [the 2015 Chevy Camaro driven by Mike Hernandez] rotated into the West bound lanes where it came to a rest. Vehicle 2 [the 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Elias Castro Castro] overturned on the roadway before coming to a stop in the West bound ditch. Vehicle 3 [the 2016 Volvo Semi tractor driven by Lester Long] also went off the roadway into the West bound ditch.

Injuries

Mata's injuries were serious. Mata was taken by ambulance to Western Plains.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the 2015 Chevy Camaro with Kansas license plate number C995573 damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Shelter Insurance insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Southwest Towing.
