James Carney Killed in a Crash on April 22, 2021 in Shawnee County, Kansas

James B Carney of Peyton, Colorado was killed on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 09:09 AM in Shawnee County, Kansas. Carney is a 34-year-old man.
