Lewis Cleve Boden of Denver, Colorado was involved in a crash on Sunday, November 24th 2019 at 5:21 pm in Kearny County, Kansas. Boden is a 67-year-old man.
In the crash, Boden was driving a 2019 Peterbuilt Semi. The crash happened here: U50 at milepost 49 or 3.9 miles east of K25 & U50 Junction The police described the crash like this:
Vehicles 1 and 2 were traveling westbound on U50 near mile marker 48, when driver 2 pulled onto the shoulder. A 3rd vehicle slowed for vehicle 2, and vehicle 1 was unable to slow for the 3rd vehicle, took the shoulder and struck vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 rolled an unknown amount of times and came to rest in the north ditch on its wheels.

The police said that Boden had no apparent injury. Boden may have gone to the hospital.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K477 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2019-017788 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
