Daniel K Ince Jr of Sand Springs, Oklahoma was involved in a crash on Friday, September 20th 2019 at 10:45 pm in Lyon County, Kansas. Ince Jr is a 37-year-old man.
In the crash, Ince Jr was driving a 2015 Hyundai Sonata 4-door passenger car. The crash happened here: K99 at milepost 109 or 2.5 miles north of Emporia. The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle 1 was northbound on K99. Driver 1 left the roadway to the right, struck an embankment and came to rest against a tree in the east ditch.

Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2015 Hyundai Sonata 4-door passenger car with Kansas license plate number 213LSX was not stated. It was insured by Garrison Property & Casualty Insurance. It was removed from the crash scene by Williams Towing and taken to Tow lot.

The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K103 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2019-014068 to this crash. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
