Vehicle 1 was traveling South on Enterprise Lane North of Old Highway 56. Vehicle 1 pulled out from the intersection making an improper turn while turning onto Old Highway 56 and turned in front of Vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 was traveling West on Old Highway 56. Driver 1 stopped his vehicle in the lane while turning. Vehicle 2 attempted to stop to avoid the collision, but was unable to do so and struck the rear of Vehicle 1.

The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K13 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2019-006337 to this crash.
