Sandra Joyce Boehm of Platte City, Missouri was involved in a crash on Sunday, January 27th 2019 at 10:35 pm in Wyandotte County, Kansas. Boehm is a 63-year-old woman.
In the crash, Boehm was driving a 2007 Chevrolet Avalance. The crash happened here: I635 southbound at mile marker 4 or at Kansas Avenue in Kansas City, KS. The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle 1 was stopped in the turn lane to Kansas Avenue which is the #4 lane. Vehicle 2 observed Vehicle 1 in the lane and attempted to go around it. Vehicle 2 pulled into the #3 lane to avoid a crash. Vehicle 1 pulled in front of Vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 struck the driver's side of Vehicle 1.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K13 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2019-001549 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
