Jeffery Arthur Hester of Harvard, Nebraska was involved in a crash on Wednesday, November 21st 2018 at 7:31 pm in Phillips County, Kansas. Hester is a 34-year-old man.

Vehicle #1 was westbound on K383, the right side wheels of Vehicle #1 entered the north ditch. Vehicle #1 travelled across the roadway and entered into a broadside skid. Vehicle #1 entered the south ditch and rolled. Driver #1 was ejected. Vehicle #1 came to rest on its wheels facing north.

The police said the damage to the 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Pickup with Nebraska license plate number 30591D was not stated. It was insured by Geico Advantage Ins Co. It was removed from the crash scene by Kibbee Repair of Phillipsburg, KS and taken to tow lot.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number k363 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2018-016907 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
