Geraldine Wilson Jay of Copan, Oklahoma was involved in a crash on Friday, October 12th 2018 at 7:28 am in Montgomery County, Kansas. Jay is a 81-year-old woman.

In the crash, Jay was driving a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu. The crash happened here: U166 mile marker 90 or 1 miles east of Caney The police described the crash like this:

Vehicle 1 and vehicle 5 were both West bound on U166 highway mile marker 90. Vehicle 2, 3 and 4 were East bound on U166 highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center and struck vehicle 2 head on. Vehicle 2 entered the left ditch and came to rest there. Vehicle 3 then struck vehicle 1 which was still in the roadway. Vehicle 4 made an evasive maneuver to avoid hitting vehicle 3 then struck vehicle 1 still in the roadway. After hitting vehicle 1, vehicle 4 then struck vehicle 5 which was stopped on the west bound shoulder.

The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K16 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2018-014452 to this crash. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
